Sleep is the key regenerative part

What is Melatonin and what makes it very important in our health?

Melatonin is a hormone that our brain produces in response to darkness. It helps with the timing of your circadian rhythms (internal clock) and with sleep. Being exposed to light (Especially blue) at night can block melatonin production. Researches have suggests that melatonin has other crucial effects in our body.

Based on severalResearches Melatonin has a free radical scavenger, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant effects. Which can affect and boost immune system function consequently, melatonin has beneficial effects including stimulation of antioxidant enzymes, inhibition of lipid per oxidation, and so it contributes to protection from oxidative damages and premature aging.

The International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) classifies electromagnetic fields (EMFs) as ‘possibly carcinogenic’ to humans that might transform normal cells into cancer cells.

Our body work with electricity and signals and exposure to alternative current low frequency(50 or 60 Hz)Electricity is inevitable. These electric fields/Electromagnetic fields can generate unwanted voltages in our body and cells and nervous system and disrupt their function by altering the specified voltage needed for that function. Pineal gland is in charge of generating melatonin in our body and it can detect electromagnetic ,electric field and translate it to light, and respond to it by decreasing the amount of melatonin needed for our body.
